Mechonus Precision Technology Co., Ltd. is a Shenzhen-based technical service company with reverse engineering at its core. Headquartered in Shenzhen, we serve industrial clients worldwide. Through 3D scanning, parametric CAD reconstruction, and CNC machining, we help industrial equipment remain productive after OEM support ends.

What we do is specific: we receive the physical part, understand its function, recover its design intent, deliver a manufacturable parametric CAD model, and coordinate subsequent production and inspection. We don't just provide scanning or machining — we take responsibility for the final deliverable, from sample analysis and CAD reconstruction to production planning, verification, and international project communication, all led by our engineering team.

The most suitable process path is selected based on the part's geometry, material properties, and acceptance criteria.

Inspection Capabilities

Industrial-grade blue light 3D scanning (0.01mm-level accuracy), CMM, optical inspection, and calibrated manual inspection. Critical characteristics are inspected against an approved definition, with traceable records generated.
